Our Treatment Approach
We use Vestibular Rehabilitation Therapy (VRT), an exercise-based program designed to promote central nervous system compensation for inner ear deficits. Treatment may include canalith repositioning maneuvers (like Epley) for BPPV, gaze stabilization exercises, and balance training.

You'll work directly with your physical therapist at every single visit. We don't use aides or techs to oversee your exercises.
